The personal data collected through this website, in the “careers” tab, is intended for the recruitment and selection process for the hiring of employees, freelancers, or interns for available vacancies within Smarkio. This data may also be collected through a spontaneous application, by sending an email to “hello@impactingtalent.com”, for any vacancies that may arise within Smarkio.

5.2. The personal data provided in resumes are stored in data centers located within the European Union.

5.3. Data processing is necessary to complete the entire recruitment process and stages, provided that the data subject intends to apply for the said recruitment.

5.4. The data collected and processed is appropriate, relevant, and not excessive for this purpose.

5.5. Smarkio will retain the personal data of candidates for a period of 2 (two) years, counted from the submission of the application.

5.6. The collected data will not be subject to automated processing. The personal data collected may be used for profiling purposes solely to determine the candidate to be selected. If the candidate does not authorize being subject to a decision based on the profile, they must declare it expressly or refrain from applying.
